This 6-Day, 5-Night experiential learning program bridges the academic excellence of the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) with the rich historic and agro-cultural heritage of Melaka. Tailored specifically for international cohorts, this itinerary blends public healthcare observation and campus immersion with targeted site visits to explore Malaysia’s UNESCO preservation methodologies, community-based ecotourism, and socio-economic frameworks.

2. The 6D5N Day-by-Day Itinerary Blueprint

Day 1: Arrival & Smart City Integration (Cyberjaya)

  • Morning/Afternoon: Cohort arrival at KLIA (Terminal 1 or 2). Full reception at the International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC) managed by our team Captains.
  • Late Afternoon: Private luxury coach transit to Cyberjaya for check-in at premium accommodation.
  • Evening: Welcome dinner and orientation briefing on Malaysia’s higher education landscape.

Day 2: Academic Immersion & Healthcare Global Insights (UoC Campus)

  • Morning: Official welcome at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) Eco-Campus. Interactive seminar on Community Health Initiatives & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Afternoon: Guided tour of UoC’s state-of-the-art medical, pharmacy, and physiotherapy simulation labs. Networking session with UoC academic faculty and student leaders.
  • Evening: Cultural ice-breaking session; cohort preparation for the Melaka field deployment.

Day 3: UNESCO Heritage Preservation & Trade History (Transit to Melaka)

  • Morning: Check-out and scenic transit to the historic city of Melaka (approx. 2 hours).
  • Afternoon: Experiential historical tracking tour of The Stadthuys, St. Paul’s Hill, and A Famosa fort. On-site lecture detailing maritime trade history and colonial structural preservation.
  • Evening: Guided exploration of Jonker Street to observe the socioeconomic survival of traditional trade guilds and intangible cultural heritage. Check-in at a premium Melaka hotel.

Day 4: Agro-Cultural Heritage & Community Tourism (Melaka Rural Impact)

  • Morning: Field visit to a local Melaka rubber or oil palm smallholder plantation. Lecture on agricultural economics and rural community development.
  • Afternoon: Interactive traditional culinary or craft workshop managed by a local community cooperative, exploring rural entrepreneurship models.
  • Evening: Private Melaka River Cruise educational transit, mapping the city’s historical urban transformation via its waterways.

Day 5: Synthesis, Institutional Evaluation & Cultural Celebration

  • Morning: Group presentation and synthesis workshop. Students evaluate the correlation between urban healthcare models (UoC) and rural community sustainability (Melaka). Presentation of Official Certificates of Attendance.
  • Afternoon: Transit back to Kuala Lumpur/Selangor. Final retail and souvenir acquisition stop.
  • Evening: Farewell gala dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cross-cultural performances.

Day 6: Formal Handover & Departure

  • Morning: Comprehensive check-out and luggage auditing overseen by our back-office team.
  • Afternoon: Private coach transit to KLIA. Complete departure clearance and accompaniment to the airline check-in counters.

  • Back-Office Compliance (Tun): Full administration of comprehensive group medical travel insurance, strict PDPA 2010 compliance for cohort data, and rigorous culinary dietary audits (Halal, allergen control).
  • Transit & Lodging: Provision of private, fully air-conditioned tourist coaches with licensed operators. Sourcing of multi-tier guarded accommodation in both Cyberjaya and Melaka.

 

4. Commercial Framework

BAARIZ provides all-inclusive per-student pricing blocks for this specialized program. The final invoiced rate covers all local transport, university workshop access, certificate generation, three daily meals, entry tickets, and premium accommodations.
